Why did no one tell me that the belly never goes back to normal? Add this along with the long long long list of things mothers never told me (or any other previously delusioned mom-to-be) about having a baby. Grr. Nature must think She's really funny: we women are meant to do all, survive all, and be all, without forgetting our lipstick, nice clothes and smiles. Oh and those sleepless nights, they better not impact on our beauty -- or our productivity! Happy us!!
And while we're on this topic, why did no one tell me what would happen to our breasts from nursing????
